Course Description

Please Note: The below mentioned training outlines our twice annual BSIS open carry permit re-qualifications in both live fire and simulator methods. Please read carefully and if you have questions please contact us.

Golden State Training Center provides twice-annual BSIS approved firearms permit re-qualification training.  This three (3) hour course consists of the mandated classroom refresher instruction and actual firearms proficiency re-qualification course.  Cost of the course is $75.  Each additional caliber to be re-qualified with is an additional $20.  We offer two methods of firearm proficiency re-qualification; traditional live fire and virtual 3D simulator (this method can only be utilized once annually).

Our firearms range simulator is state of the art and provides complete computer simulation input accuracy for any caliber and firearm and meets all current BSIS requirements for simulator usage.  The benefit of such simulator use is the reduced cost of associated ammunition and range availability.

All live fire re-qualification training is conducted at various public or several private firearm ranges we are members of, dependent on availability or student locale.

For corporate clients, we are able to conduct simulator firearm re-qualifications at your site, as our simulator is completely portable.  Please contact us if interested in scheduling such training at your place of business and related group pricing.

All fees are non-refundable.
